A large proportion of older adults have multiple chronic conditions, and many of them have cognitive impairment or dementia. My research uses telemedicine technology to help older adults stay active and mobile in their homes and to safely manage their medications. I would like to develop models of care that support older adults and make use of telemedicine to address their needs in the home and to increase their access to medical care.
