Areas of Interest
Research Interests: My research background is in the Tumor Microenvironment and the contribution of non-malignant cells to the growth of tumors through angiogenesis. My current interests are in early detection and modeling risk for lung cancer among smokers.
Clinical Interests: My clinical interests are in the staging, and diagnosis of patients with known or suspected lung cancer as well as in the proper cost-effective application of early detection interventions (screening) among those at the greatest risk for lung cancer.
