Join Dr. Henriette Remmer, Director of the Proteomics & Peptide Synthesis Core, as she introduce attendees to interpretation of phosphoproteomics projects and identification of protein phosphorylation motifs with hands-on utilization of ScaffoldTM software.
ScaffoldTM is a software platform to visualize and validate tandem MS based proteomics data used in protein identification, PTM analysis, expression profiling and biomarker discovery.
