David Hanna, a postdoctoral fellow in the Banerjee Lab, has been awarded a fellowship from the Michigan Postdoctoral Pioneer Program, which was established by the Endowment for Basic Sciences (EBS) to support innovative and collaborative work within the University of Michigan Medical School. The program provides financial and mentoring support to highly motivated and accomplished postdoctoral fellows. Pioneer fellows are actively co-mentored by the participating investigators and share their time between the participating laboratory settings. Awardees are appointed for three consecutive years.
