Opportunities to interact and learn about Anti-Asian racism and violence

Here are some opportunities to interact and learn about Anti-Asian racism and violence that might offer a chance to reflect on and process what's happening in the news. The seminars will feature faculty experts in the Asian/Pacific Islander American Studies Program including Profs. Melissa Borja, Roland Hwang, and Frances Wang. All of the events will take place on Friday, March 26th

We encourage those affected to take time to process this tragedy, connect with family and friends. We encourage everyone to be sensitive and flexible to the needs of your colleagues and students who may be struggling. As always, if you or someone you know needs help, please do not hesitate to reach out to us or other resources at the University. You may also seek help through the Trotter Multicultural Center, the Office of Academic Multicultural Initiatives, the C.A.R.E. Center in Engineering, and the Wellness Office at the Medical School, or you can see this compiled list of mental health resources.
