Areas of Interest
We study the signaling and gene regulatory networks that dictate development and homeostasis of the adrenal gland, as well as, lineage and differentiation of adrenocortical stem cells in health and disease (adrenal aplasia, hypoplasia, hyperplasia, and cancer). We use basic translational and clinical research (genomic/genetic, molecular, cellular, developmental, cancer, mouse models, human/patient samples & data based clinical trials) in our studies.
