Mindfulness & Health Eating Mini-Course
We are happy to announce that due to the high level of interest in our health equity core program, we are expanding our offerings of the Mindfulness and Healthy Eating course.
Please note there are two in-person locations and a zoom option for different dates and times.
This 4-week course focuses on incorporating mindfulness into your everyday life. It will teach you about how mindfulness can inform your eating habits, benefit chronic pain symptoms, and enrich other areas of your life. Participants in this course will also have the chance to hear about chronic pain management from doctors who specialize in mindfulness & nutrition.
Space is limited, so register soon by clicking this link: https://tinyurl.com/Register-HEC
