Launch of a simulation program for anesthesia faculty as the learners. We decided our curriculum based on QI reports, survey data and interviews. We wrote and scheduled crisis simulation scenarios tailored to each faculty sub-specialty. Critical skill training and refreshers were included. Didactic were on leadership, communication and delegation as well as sub specialist topics, tailored by group. CME and professional re-certification credits were provided. Evaluations were via end of day surveys and quality interviews. Data showed this endeavor to be high value and triggering change in practice, critically to better-led crises.
