virus assembly; virus entry; protein trafficking; protein-RNA interaction; protein-membrane interaction

Our lab studies the relationships between cellular structures and enveloped viruses. We are particularly interested in the roles played by cellular membranes and RNA during the life cycle of HIV-1 and influenza A virus.
