I am committed to building an equitable and inclusive work environment where cultural diversity is celebrated and valued. I believe that every member on our team makes important contributions that enrich and improve the scientific discoveries in our lab.

The Wobus laboratory is interested in mechanisms of virus – host interactions, primarily in the intestine. We focus on noroviruses and astroviruses but also study SARS-CoV-2 and use a combination of studies in transformed cell lines, human intestinal organoids and mouse models to study the virus life cycle and host responses.
