We use human genetics and animal and cell culture models to understand the genes and pathways that lead to inherited ocular conditions. Current disease focuses are on nanophthalmos, retinal degenerative disorders, ocular malformations, and pediatric forms of glaucoma. Our aim is to bring back these discoveries to our patients and aid in the diagnosis and treatment of their conditions.
