Mechanisms of transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression in normal physiology and in cancer and neurological disease. Development of novel cancer therapies. We have developed nascent RNA Bru-seq techniques and our lab act as an ENCODE center for mapping transcriptional and post-transcriptional dynamics in human cells.
