Computational approaches for drug discovery and personalized medicine.
1. Drug discovery using AI: My lab has developed mechanistic AI tools that can screen millions of drug combinations and metabolite adjuvants to find efficacious therapies for Tuberculosis and other infections.
2. Precision medicine & metabolism: We are building new software tools that interpret omics datasets and we have discovered novel metabolic behaviors in diverse areas (microbiology, immunology, cancer biology, neuroscience & stem cells).
