Biography
Shaneta Waddy is a highly motivated Clinical Research Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in clinical research. With a diverse background in public health & research which includes her former work on the SWAN Study (Study of Women’s Health Across the Nation), as a research assistant and clinical data collection staff member. Currently, leading clinical trials in radiation oncology at VA Ann Arbor with a multitude of experience in study start up, patient recruitment and retention. She is also the Associate Chair of Equity and Wellness for the University of Michigan Department of Radiation Oncology, with a strong focus on cultural education, inclusion, and respect for everyone. Her passion for helping others drives her enthusiasm for research and community health.
