The Clinical Simulation Center (CSC) is a comprehensive simulation space providing state-of-the-art learning environments for Michigan Medicine health care professionals and students to train in groups or individually.
6,000 square feet of easily accessible Training Spaces
The CSC is located in the heart of the health center at G2400 Towsley Center. Human Patient Simulation Labs, Multi-function Task Training Labs, Operating/Patient Room training space and Debriefing/Conference Rooms are all available by appointment.
The 24/7 iSim space provides independent simulation opportunities all day and night for students to practice skills or complete training modules on the seven iSim stations.
To address the growing demand for simulation-based training and professional development construction on a second CSC location is underway in the Medical Science Building II. Scheduled to open in January 2018, the location will more than double the current Training Spaces available to Michigan Medicine students, faculty and staff.
