2019-2020 Research Grant Recipients Selected

Three research projects were recently chosen to receive this year's Clinical Simulation Center (CSC) Research Grants.

The projects detailed below receive up to $15,000 to advance best practices in simulation-based medical education. 

Developing and validating a simulation model for reduction of an anterior shoulder dislocation.

Improving Local Anesthesia Education Through a Pre-Clinical Inferior Alveolar Nerve Block Simulation Training Model.

Improving the safety and efficacy of percutaneous image-guided lymph node biopsies using an Augmented Reality simulator linked to a multilayered gel model providing improved visual and tactile training experience.
