Deep Learning-based Ab Initio Protein Structure Prediction and Structure-based Protein Function Annotation 

Research Interests

For the past year, I have been working on automated prediction of protein function, in terms of Gene Ontology terms. I have developed the new version of COFACTOR, a webserver for structure based protein function annotation that combines structure templates searching, sequence homolog detection, and protein-protein interaction network mining. The manuscript for the new COFACTOR webserver is under review by Nucleic Acid Research.
