Dr. Kretzler and collaborators' cellular atlas of kidney is published in "Nature"

In a Nature article, Matthias Kretzler, M.D, member of the Center for Computational Medicine and Bioinformatics (CCMB), and his collaborators describe the creation of a cellular atlas of the kidney. With nearly 100 cell types and states, it represents the most comprehensive study of cellular states, neighborhoods, and outcome-associated signatures in the kidney.
