Areas of Interest
My research focuses on using computational methods to answer biological questions. Machine learning, image processing, and signal processing all fit within the scope of my research. For example, I took part in the Partners Healthcare Biobank Challenge, a project that required machine learning be applied to data from electronic health records. My current work is dedicated to using signal processing methods to analyze wrist sensor data, and creating models that can differentiate between patient groups based on these signals.
