Areas of Interest

My current research in lab involves searching for anticipatory regulation in E. coli. Studies before indicate that E. coli may have anticipatory regulation using environmental cues to better respond to environmental stress. I’m currently analyzing publicly available data sets of microarray and RNA-seq data of E. coli treated with stresses and using the gene expression landscape to find anticipatory regulation between pairs of stresses.
