1. Completed applications with copies of certification/licensing and all other required documents should be sent at least four months prior to travel.
2. Forms will be submitted to the Secretary for the Department of Emergency Medicine and or the Medical Director’s Assistant-Afriye Kwasi (email@example.com)
3. The Medical Director’s assistant will submit the forms to the appropriate regulatory bodies for approval.
4. Registration fees should be wired via Western Union to ECO Bank in Kumasi and will be transferred to KATH
