What made you choose EM as your specialty? To acquire new knowledge, skills and attitudes towards improving emergency care in Ghana
How can EM help Ghana? EM is already helping Ghana! It has given rise to a new breed of physicians with a different approach to the care of the acutely sick, the injured and patients with undifferentiated emergencies. Their approach is infectious! Emergency medicine has spread thanks to the various collaborations with Ghana Health Service and the National Ambulance Service.
