Resort Accomodations

IMPORTANT

In order to receive the reduced rate, you must make your hotel reservation directly with DREAMS Resort & Spa.

When booking online, please use the following tutorial to ensure that you secure your DREAMS accommodations at the discounted conference rate:

Room Rates:

    • Junior Suite Tropical View (Double Occupancy) - $169 per night/person
    • Junior Suite Pool View (Double Occupancy)  - $183 per night/person
    • Maximum guests per room are four (4): 2 Adults + 2 Children or 3 Adults + 1 Child
    • Infants 0-2 years are free. Children 3-12 years pay $67 per night. 13+ are considered Adults
    • Rates inclusive of sales and service tax. Taxes are currently 23% and subject to change per government regulations.

In order to receive the group room rate, reservations must be made no later than November 1, 2019.

Above rates are for double occupancy rooms. If you and your guests require other occupancy options, please contact DREAMS directly so that they can better accommodate you.

PLEASE NOTE: From November 2 – December 15, 2019 the remaining rooms will be available but rates will be updated as follows:

      • Junior Suite Tropical View (Double Occupancy) - $252 per night/person
      • Junior Suite Pool View (Double Occupancy)  - $272 per night/person

Remaining rooms will be released and any additional room and rate will be subject to availability after December 15, 2019.

Room rates may be extended for three days before and after the conference dates subject to room availability.

Upgrade to other room categories is subject to availability.

Any changes made after placing reservations within the DREAMS system that represent a reduction on revenue, such as: staying fewer nights, changing occupancy of rooms, downgrade in room category, etc. will be charged a $50 fee to the credit card provided.

Rates cannot be combined with other promotions or special discounts including but not limited to AAA, Senior, or Military.

Hotel Payment and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of one night stay is due at the time of individual booking, nonrefundable.

Second night will be automatically charged 121 days prior to arrival dates (December 2nd, 2019) to original credit card used when making reservation, non-refundable.

The full balance will be automatically charged 61 days prior to arrival dates (January 31, 2020) to original credit card used when making reservation, non-refundable.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation notification must be received no later than November 1, 2019 in order to qualify for a refund. There will be a $50.00 fee associated with canceling your registration. Refunds requested after 120 days from the original payment date will need to be done on an individual basis with direct contact from Conference and Event Services.
