Laser Treatments

Recent advances in laser technology have increased the usage of laser treatments for cosmetic purposes. We offer laser treatment to address a variety of cosmetic concerns such as dark spots, unwanted hair, redness, blood vessels, scars and blemishes.

BroadBand Light (BBL) and Photorejuvenation

BBL and photorejuvenation use broadband light to reduce the appearance of sun damage, including brown spots, excess blood vessels and redness. Photorejuvenation may also improve fine lines and texture, giving the skin a softer, smoother feel.

Halo

Halo is the world’s first and only Hybrid Fractional Laser that delivers a non-ablative and an ablative wavelength to the same microscopic treatment zone. Combining these two wavelengths creates a strong synergistic effect, resulting in ablative results with non-ablative downtime. Halo provides unique benefits including:

  • Ability to treat pigmentary issues, wrinkles and pores*
  • Less painful than traditional fractional resurfacing
  • Results in just 1-2 treatments
  • Faster healing time

Laser Hair Removal

We offer complete full body hair removal. Our new profile laser uses an infrared light beam that targets and heats hair follicles. Laser hair removal is safe and effective for all skin types, but always inform your provider if you have been tanning, using tanning products or exposed to the sun within the last three weeks before treatment.

Laser Resurfacing

Laser resurfacing can reduce facial wrinkles, scars and blemishes. During this treatment, your doctor will use the laser to send short, concentrated, pulsating beams of light at irregular skin. This removes unwanted, damaged skin in a very precise manner one layer at a time. As the treated area heals, the new skin that forms is smoother and firmer. A consultation will provide you with a realistic appraisal as to what degree of improvement you can expect.

Microlaser Peel

This advanced laser skin rejuvenating treatment precisely removes the outermost layer of skin, helping to smooth the skin’s surface while blending irregular pigmented age spots at the same time. The procedure is customized to the needs of each individual and to the specific skin conditions to be corrected, which include fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring, irregular pigmentation and excessive sun damage. You can expect to see smoother, healthier and more vibrant skin.

Profractional

ProFractional is Sciton’s solution for achieving excellent resurfacing results with minimal downtime. Unlike full field resurfacing which removes the entire surface area of a treatment site, ProFractional ablates narrow-diameter channels into the skin, covering a fraction of the total treatment area. This action initiates the body’s wound healing response, while leaving the surrounding tissue intact for rapid healing. The benefits of ProFractional include increased patient comfort, shorter healing times, and tunable results that can range from subtle to dramatic.

SkinTyte

We offer SkinTyte treatments on the face and neck. SkinTyte offers fast, safe and effective treatments tailored for all skin types, making it the most cost-effective tissue heating device on the market. Since there is no downtime, patients may resume their regular activities immediately following treatment.

Vascular Laser Treatment

Vascular laser treatments works by using the Sciton ClearScan YAG technology to target visible vessels, broken capillaries, spider veins, vascular lesions and discoloration of your skin. Your treatment will be tailored to match your skin condition and desired result. Vascular laser treatments are applicable to the following conditions:

  • Rosacea
  • Spider veins
  • Telangiectasia
  • Facial veins
  • Redness
  • Broken capillaries

All skin areas can be treated. Popular areas are the face, neck, chest and legs. Discuss your desired outcome with your doctor or esthetician. There is little risk in the treatment of benign conditions. In some cases, repeat treatment will be necessary depending on your response to the treatment and the result desired. Your doctor will discuss potential risks of your specific condition prior to treatment.
