Dr. Ursu attended the University of Michigan for medical school. She completed her family medicine residency here and also completed a women's health fellowship. She is interested in all aspects of women's heath including prenatal and obstetric care.
Dr. Ursu serves as the Adolescent Health Champion at the Dexter Health Center and is a member of the Family Medicine Practice Improvement Group. Additionally, she is the family medicine lead for improving chlamydia screening in UMHS ambulatory care.
Outside of medicine she enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, going to farmers markets—basically anything related to food. She loves to be outside as much as she can whether it's walking her dog, JayJay, in the Arboretum, kayaking, playing tennis, or gardening. If she has to be inside then, she'll be watching old movies or reading.
