Biography

Dr. Williams earned her medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School (1999). She completed her residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia (2002), and a fellowship in maternal-child health at West Suburban Hospital in Oak Park, Ill. (2003). Prior to joining the Department, Dr. Williams practiced at Long Rapids Family Care at the Alpena Regional Medical Center in Alpena, Mich. Her clinical interests are women's health, including vulvodynia, obstetrics, nutrition, and breastfeeding. She delivers babies on the Department's obstetrical service (FMB).
