  • What are advanced directives?
  • What is a DPOA-HC?
  • Why writing down your healthcare wishes and having a DPOA-HC is important.
  • Why you should have a DPOA-HC even if you are married.
  • Why you should have a DPOA-HC even if you are young and healthy.

Join us on National Healthcare Decisions Day to learn more about making your healthcare and treatment decisions known. You will leave the event with a completed DPOA-HC to give family and/or doctor(s), if you wish.
