We are saddened to share that Samuel Romano, former lecturer and assistant residency director, passed away on December 26, 2020.
His work on behalf of patients, learners and faculty centered on a deep appreciation for the importance of emotional well-being and a life in balance, weaving his love for travel, passion for music, literature, and family stories into his approach. He was a mentor to generations of family physicians and, through them, his work extends across the globe.
