The MI-CARE clinic is a collaborative initiative between the Department of Family Medicine, the Center for Disability Health and Wellness, MDisability, and the Teaching and Education for Autism and Developmental Disabilities Management (TEAM). As the first of its kind in Michigan, this partnership aims to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The clinic offers high-quality medical care that integrates with mental health services and provides support tailored to the unique needs of patients and families.
