Day 1


Required Equipment: Medicine ball, theraband

Ben and Sam lead a 7 minute ab workout designed for wheelchair users. You'll need a resistance band and a medicine ball.

Day 2


Join AJ as he leads a high intensity seated dance workout set to Justin Timberlake's "Can't Stop the Feeling."

Day 3


This video, brought to you by the MS Society, provides a walkthrough of breathing and yoga exercises that can be performed in a seated position or lying down.

Day 4


Seated cardio arms, perfect for anyone with limited mobility of the lower body and/or if you're stuck in an office all day!

Day 5


This workout, led by Lucy Wyndham-Read, is ideal if you are a wheelchair user or recovering from an injury or post op. It is designed in the style of HIIT training, including heavy use of your arms with bursts of higher intensity at 20 seconds followed by a lighter exercise for 10 seconds.
