Day 1

Strength

Required Equipment: Exercise Ball

This video demonstrates a quick workout designed to strengthen the core and hips, especially for those with a spinal cord injury.

Day 2

Cardio

A simple Introduction to HIIT Workouts. Great if you're new to fitness, getting back from injury or struggle with resistance exercise. Do this 3 times a week and you'll quickly be doing the more advanced stuff. Best of all, no equipment and can be done anywhere!

Day 3

Strength

Required Equipment: Theraband

Join Christina, the amputee OT, as she walks you through some general exercises to strengthen your prosthetic side, all done without using a prosthetic!

Day 4

Stretch

Deja Young is a member of the US Paralympic Track & Field team, where she competes as a sprinter. A brachial plexus injury makes it challenging for her to activate her shoulder mesucles during workouts. In this video she will show you some of her favorite stretches to perform to wake up those muscle groups for a big workout! No equipment necessary.

Day 5

Strength

In this video Dom, Terry and Gabriel demonstrate 2 exercises that target arms and shoulders, highlighting the muscles involved and correct technique
