Week 5

Day 1


This is the long awaited Fat Burner wheel chair fitness exercise. This was designed for those in a wheel chair. It is full of energy, fun and will lift your spirit. Do not let your limited mobility stop you from caring for yourself by not exercising.

Day 2


In this week's video, Jeff will be guiding you through an exercise that will effectively strengthen your upper body and core. This exercise doesn't require any equipment and is performed from a seated position. This is an excellent exercises for those living in a wheelchair. Performing the Torso Extension 2-3 times a week will add strength to your core, thereby giving you more stability and upper body strength.

Come with me on a basic workout - if you're missing a leg, or if you're still the proud owner of all your body parts!

Day 5


Required Equipment: Small dumbbells

A great beginner resistance workout if you have a lower body injury or disability.
