University of Michigan Food Allergy Spring Luncheon to benefit the Mary H. Weisesr Food Allergy Center at the University of Michigan Health System – April 20, 2016
The University of Michigan Mary H. Weiser Food Allergy Center (MHWFAC) will be hosting a spring luncheon on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at the Knollwood Country Club in West Bloomfield Township, MI . The MHWFAC delivers the highest quality care and most comprehensive clinical services available for food allergy patients and their families. This potentially life-threatening condition affects 15 million Americans, including one in every 13 children.
“Please join us in supporting the University of Michigan Mary H. Weiser Food Allergy Center,” said Stacy Klein, Mary H. Weiser Food Allergy Center Spring Luncheon Committee Chair. Funds raised will provide comprehensive care, education and research to improve quality of life and ultimately find a cure for the millions affected by food allergies.”
At the University of Michigan Mary H. Weiser Food Allergy Center the board-certified allergists conduct expert evaluation, testing and diagnosis. Patients receive individualized care plans that meet their specific health needs. Free education and training is offered to help families, caregivers and communities manage food allergy more successfully, keeping patients safer and healthier.
