We hypothesize that the lack of patient education negatively impacts the overall health and well-being of Middle Eastern countries, especially rural areas. Taking advantage of our local communities’ (greater Detroit Metro Area) ties with the Middle East, we employ health assessment tools to evaluate the need for education and develop tools to help behavior changes in various Middle East countries to address the deficiencies identified.
