#BlackLivesMatter Carillon Concert
Friends, colleagues, alumni,
On Monday at 7 pm, I'll play the Lurie Carillon in solidarity with #BlackLivesMatter (and donate the honorarium to BLM causes), and one of the pieces answers the call to #SayHerName by encoding the name of Aura Rosser in its score. The complete program, ranging from "Lift Every Voice" to "A Change Is Gonna Come," is online and also attached:

Please share if you know anyone who might feel supported by this event.
It's free, family-friendly, and takes physical distancing seriously. Last Monday's concert series attendees spaced their lawn chairs far and wide throughout Gerstacker Grove. One could walk to where there wasn't a soul in sight and still hear the bells. (And one can stay even farther away and watch the Facebook livestream from our page.)
Best wishes,
