Dr. Kanneganti (St. Jude) presents BI Distinguished Lectureship

Dr. Kanneganti is known for discoveries elucidating functions of innate immune receptors, inflammasomes, and inflammatory cell death. Her work has identified roles for NLRP3, ZBP1, and inflammasomes in infection and inflammation and synergy beneath cell death pathways, establishing the concept of PANoptosis and its implications in infectious, inflammatory, autoimmune, and metabolic diseases and cancers.
