The BGSG works to advocate for the needs and well-being of all of our trainees and to make sure everyone has an opportunity for their voice to be heard.

Our mission is to bring forward issues and concerns from our trainees to OGPS administrators, and to work together to find creative solutions to improve the graduate and post-doctoral experience.
