Dr. Anna Kovalszki grew up in Michigan and attended the University of Michigan for both her undergraduate degree and medical degree. Dr. Kovalszki completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts and her fellowship in the Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology Fellowship Training Program at Michigan Medicine. She then moved back to Boston to serve as the Clinical Director of Allergy and Inflammation at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and was a faculty member at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Kovalszki returned to Michigan in 2016 to join the faculty in the Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. Her clinical and research interests include eosinophilia and immunodeficiency.

 

Associate Program Director - Malika Gupta, MD

Dr. Malika Gupta received her medical degree from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India, and then went on to complete her residency in Pediatrics at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in Maryland and her clinical fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. After Dr. Gupta completed her training, she served as clinical faculty and Assistant Professor at the Mount Sinai Jaffe Food Allergy Institute in New York City, specializing in the care of patients with a multitude of allergic conditions focusing primarily on food allergies. Dr. Gupta joined the faculty in the Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology in 2017. Her clinical and research interests include food allergy and pediatric asthma.
