Fellowship Training Programs

Founded in the early 1940s, the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Division of the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan has had a long and fruitful history of excellence. Through the productivity of its research laboratory, the renown of its faculty, and the success of its trainees both in academic medicine and in clinical practice, the reputation of the Division's training programs has been firmly established. The Division aspires to continue its growth and development in order to maintain its position of leadership in academic gastroenterology.
