We will accept six (6) new positions annually for a total of 20 fellows in our program.
Applicants will attend a pre-interview dinner at a faculty member’s home the evening prior to interviewing. This evening provides an informal atmosphere with our current fellows, faculty, and peer applicants.
The interview day begins with attendance at our weekly Clinical Case Conference, in which our current fellows present didactic hematology and oncology cases.
Applicants will then meet with the fellowship program director to hear a brief overview of the program followed by four to six interactive interviews with current faculty.
Applicants will meet with current fellows for lunch, allowing for additional time to hear from current trainees about their experiences in our program. This is followed by a tour of the University of Michigan Hospital and Rogel Cancer Center.
