COVID-19 Update

To ensure the safety of our attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and the public in general, all in-person attendees must be fully vaccinated by the start of the conference. Individuals are considered fully vaccinated 14 days after receiving the second dose of the vaccine.

Alternatively, individuals may submit a waiver of their vaccination exemption for medical reasons and a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours of conference attendance. These waivers will be reviewed for acceptance prior to the conference attendance. Your reason may not be accepted and is at Michigan Medicine's discretion. If you are unvaccinated and already registered and your reason for remaining unvaccinated is not accepted, you will receive a full conference refund.

At the time of conference check in, attendees will be required to show proof of vaccine to Michigan Medicine staff through showing your COVID-19 vaccination card, a scanned copy of COVID-19 vaccination card, or a photo of the COVID-19 vaccination card.  You can send all documentation ahead of time to: Email intmedcme@umich.edu.

MASKS REQUIRED

All 2022 CME conference attendees will be required to wear a mask, consistent with CDC recommendations, while participating in all conference sessions and activities. You may wear a mask of your choice.
