The U-M Department of Learning Health Sciences, the Institute for Healthcare Policy & Innovation and Office of Research welcome participants from across the university to the LHS Collaboratory: a hub for advancing interdisciplinary research and development of learning health systems at U-M.

Learning from Local Community Health Initiatives

CHRT Director Marianne Udow-Phillips will share project updates and ways the LHS Collaboratory may be able to assist the Washtenaw Health Initiative and its major new care coordination project being implemented in Livingston and Washtenaw counties. The WHI is a cross-sector collaborative bringing partners together to address community-wide issues, such as the opioid epidemic, care coordination across systems, and health care coverage.
