Biography
Anna Stewart is an Occupational Therapist with over 13 years of experience in the field working in various settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a certificate in Therapeutic Massage. Anna started her healthcare career as a massage therapist over twenty years ago working in medical settings. Prior to beginning her career in occupational therapy, Anna was an adjunct faculty member in the Therapeutic Massage program at Baker College. She completed her lymphedema certification in 2019 and has been an active member of the National Lymphedema Network (NLN) where she earned her Expert Clinician designation in 2021.
Anna currently works at the Comprehensive Wound Care Center at Michigan Medicine specializing in lymphedema therapy.

I am interested in adding to the body of research for coordination of care for individuals with lymphedema and best treatment practices. I am generally interested in studies including women, ethics, health disparities, and learning methods.
