DLHS Program Partners with Detroit Churches to Improve Diabetes Care

Check out "A New Type of Church Outreach: Diabetes Education" which describes how the DLHS program engages the African American community in Detroit through their houses of worship by training parishioners in diabetes self management so they can then mentor their fellow churchgoers.
