Sales Supports Implementation Science in Malaysia

Faculty member Anne Sales, PhD, RN, is spending part of her summer as a Visiting Professor in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.

Her trip is to support implementation science training for individual scientists in the University's Faculty of Medicine, as well as explore opportunities for advancing implementation science as a field amongst the faculty. Sales is conducting both a basic and intermediate workshop in implementation science but also consulting individually with faculty and Faculty of Medicine units. In order to prepare one or more research proposals for NIH submission, as well as other funding agencies, Sales is collaborating with a group led by the Deputy Dean for Research in the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Chirk Jenn Ng.
