Applying LHS Principles to Teamwork During the Pandemic

Collaborative conversations during the time of COVID-19: Building a “meta”-learning community

Learn how DLHS faculty and staff: Lisa Ferguson, Victor C. Rentes, Lauren McCarthy, Alexandra H. Vinson analyze and learn from the challenges the department faced working from home. Their recent paper in the Learning Health Systems Journal describes the problem this way: "COVID-19 created new research, clinical, educational, and personal challenges, while simultaneously separating work teams who were under work-from-home restrictions. Addressing these challenges required new forms of collaborative groups."
