Every year the Endowment for Basic Sciences holds a ceremony to highlight contributions to the basic sciences in the areas of research and teaching made by individuals in the U-M Medical School basic science departments. This year DLHS' Astrid Fishstrom, LMSW, received a "Research Staff Award" and Zachary Landis-Lewis, PhD was presented with a "Teaching Award."
