On Thursday January 13 the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (OGPS) will host it's PhD Student Awards. This celebration recognizes graduate students for excellence in five categories: Teaching, Service, Research, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Entrepreneurship.
Nominees from the HILS PhD program are:
- Elliott Brannon, 5th Year PhD Candidate, for Excellence in Service Award
- Rama Mwenesi, 5th Year PhD Candidate, for Excellence in DEI Award
- Victor Rentes, 4th Year PhD Candidate, for Excellence in Research Award
The ceremony will take place virtually and the winners will receive a certificate as well as a monetary gift.
