Health Infrastructures and Learning Systems first year PhD student A'zia Harris-Martin is among six Rackham graduate students selected to give a presentation at Rackham’s annual King Talks on Wednesday, January 26.
These TED-style talks are a thematic extension of U-M’s MLK Symposium. Harris-Martin will discuss the "historical context of health disparities in America. Analyzing racism as an infrastructure that has exacerbated the impact of COVID-19. She ends the talk by outlining actionable steps that can be taken at a system level to mobile health equity" in her talk The Story of Health Disparities (Equity) in America.
