Dr. Hirshfield, a University of Michigan alum, is an Associate Professor of Medical Eductaion and Sociology at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Her keynote talk is titled: "Improving Academic Medicine Pathways for Underrepresented Physicians: The case for a shift in focus from individuals to the profession."
